Please take note of the following terms and conditions if you are attending the school campout this year…

 

  • Please bring drinking water for your own use for the night
  • Strictly no dogs allowed on the school premises (apart from guide dogs)
  • Strictly NO personal BBQ’s or open fires allowed – gas camping stoves are permitted
  • School toilets will be open until 10pm – from then until 8am, portaloos will be available. School toilets will re-open at 8am.
  • A drain will be available to empty camping toilets – please ensure this drain is the ONLY one used for such purposes
  • To ensure our neighbours are respected, we ask that all noise will need to be kept to a minimum after 10pm
  • We will try to accommodate groups and put them together, however this cannot be guaranteed
  • All cars will need to be parked behind the tents, close to the outer edge of the school field
  • Photographs taken by the PTA at the event may be used for publicity purposes, including on certain social media sites
  • Those booking a pitch are responsible for the safety of their camping party at all times
  • Also one final point, returning this form demonstrates a commitment to having FUN!!
