Friends of Rhiwbeina Events Calendar

Throughout the year, the PTA organise a number of events to raise much needed funds for the school.

Some of these events include second-hand uniform sales, school discos, Christmas/summer fayres, fun runs, quiz nights and even camping nights.

Any events coming up will be detailed here, along with the opportunity to purchase any tickets needed.

Designs to be submitted to class teachers by 28th September.

Your unique reference number, along with instructions on ‘How to order’ will be sent home from class by 14th October.

All orders will need to be placed online via the printer’s website by midnight on 24th October.

All orders will then be distributed to pupils by their class teachers by 11th November.

Ticket price £30pp
Ticket includes bus transport, selection of soft drinks, raffle ticket & on bus entertainment (e.g Bingo!)
Maximum of 6 tickets can be purchased in one transaction
You will receive an email confirmation. If paying by PayPal, please select FRIENDS & FAMILY (otherwise we are charged a fee!)
Bring your own alcohol
No refunds will be available unless the trip is cancelled by the PTA.
If you purchase tickets but then are no longer able to attend, please sell your ticket on (not for profit). Those travelling on the day will need to provide name & contact tel number prior to boarding the bus.
Bus to depart promptly from Rhiwbeina Primary School at 8.30am
Bus to depart Bath promptly at 5pm (meeting point to be confirmed on the day)

OUR CHRISTMAS RAFFLE IS BACK!

We have a great TOP 3 PRIZES and many more fantastic prizes donated by local businesses.

This week each pupil will be sent home with 1 book of raffle tickets to sell. (£1 per ticket. 5 tickets in a book).

Please complete the ticket stub for every ticket sold and return the stubs with the cash in the envelope provided to class teachers.

All entries to be returned to school by Friday 25th November.

The draw will take place on Monday 28th November.

Northwood have kindly offered to support us again this year with 50 Christmas boards.

For every board we display in the community, Northwood will donate £15 to the PTA.

If you are able to display a board outside your home please complete the google form ASAP!

Boards will go up from 1st December and come down during the 1st week in January. (Board design below).

Please support us if you can and help raise £750 for the school.
